Building Communities and Software
The Ecosystem
Communities on one side, software and media on the other. Each one feeds the next.
Enterprise AI Engineering & Agent Enablement
Stop paying for AI shelfware. Turn autonomous agents into deployed, tested Pull Requests without risking your IP.
Both foundersDevKick
The builders' room. Build nights, live teardowns and demos for people shipping AI agents, robotics and quantum in the KW to GTA corridor. Demo or it didn't happen.
Led by YohannStudio
You tape the show. We handle editing, clips, show notes, publishing and distribution. Nine years of production, five shows, one pipeline built in-house.
Led by JennyAgent Adoption Program
Assessment, pilot and team enablement for engineering teams adopting agentic coding tools.

Stop paying for AI shelfware. Turn autonomous agents into deployed, tested pull requests without risking your IP.
Enterprises buy Devin and Cursor licenses, then hit two walls: security boundaries the agents can't cross, and backlogs they can't parse.
Hardened Agent Sandboxing & Private VPC Deployment
For organizations blocked by InfoSec, SOC 2, or data-governance mandates.
Autonomous agents cannot touch production code or proprietary data without strict isolation. We architect, deploy, and verify private, isolated worker nodes (including Devin Outposts and containerized runners) inside your secure VPC or on-premise hardware.
- Air-gapped execution: Agent planning remains in the cloud, while all repo cloning, shell commands, and builds run inside your perimeter via outbound-only WebSockets.
- Least-privilege credential vaults: Zero plain-text secrets. Integrations with HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, and Databricks Unity Catalog service principals.
- Internal registry whitelisting: Network egress controls that enforce package installations exclusively from internal artifact registries (Nexus/Artifactory).
Autonomous “Ticket-to-PR” CI/CD Harness
For engineering teams buried under maintenance, tech debt, and bug backlogs.
Agents fail when Jira or Linear tickets lack context, stack traces, and deterministic verification. We build the workflow middleware that enriches incoming issues, hands them off to autonomous agent swarms, and validates results against your test suites before opening a Pull Request.
- Context-enrichment triggers: Webhook engines that automatically pull relevant schema definitions, logs, and acceptance criteria into the agent's task prompt.
- Self-healing test loops: Runtimes that execute unit, integration, and headless browser tests (Playwright/Jest/PyTest) inside the sandbox, forcing the agent to iterate until all checks pass.
- Human-in-the-loop review gates: Automated PR tagging, detailed diff summaries, and synthetic test proof for rapid review by your senior engineers.
High-Friction Technical Debt & Lakehouse Modernization Sprints
For data and platform teams with quarters of delayed migrations.
Manual framework upgrades, SQL optimization, and batch-to-streaming pipeline migrations drain your senior developers' focus. We run supervised agent swarms against your legacy repos to execute high-friction migrations in days rather than quarters.
- Legacy code refactoring: Upgrades for deprecated libraries, Python version modernizations, and React hook migrations.
- Governed lakehouse refactoring: Converting legacy PySpark batch scripts into optimized Delta Lake and Unity Catalog-compliant streaming pipelines.
- Automated test suite generation: Backfilling integration test coverage across undocumented legacy services to lock in behavioral stability.
Developer Velocity & Team Enablement Cohort
For engineering orgs where 80% of staff still treat modern AI tools like basic autocomplete.
Buying seats does not equal adoption. We run a 3-week immersive enablement cohort for your software engineering teams to transform developers from manual typists into systems architects who orchestrate agents.
- Repository rule sets: Custom .cursorrules and Devin system prompts tuned to your internal architectures, API contracts, and linting standards.
- Agentic workflow playbooks: Practical training on context pinning, multi-file editing, and prompt debugging for staff and principal engineers.
- Executive ROI scorecard: Quantifiable tracking of PR cycle time, deployment frequency, and review latency before and after rollout.
Why work with us
Practitioner-led, vendor-agnostic: We don't sell software licenses. We implement the optimal combination of tools (Cognition, Cursor, Databricks, custom LLM pipelines) based on what actually runs cleanly in your production stack.
Zero security compromises: We specialize in air-gapped runtimes and governed data environments, ensuring your code and enterprise data never train public models or bypass your firewall.
Outcome guarantees: We don't bill endless T&M hours. Our core offerings are delivered under fixed-scope, outcome-based milestone agreements.

Book a 30-Minute Architecture Audit We'll review your current repo topologies, security constraints, and CI/CD pipelines to map your highest-ROI deployment path.We ship the systems we run ourselves.
We both build platforms and internal tools for our own work and client work. Yohann is a formally trained software engineer who shipped production code at JP Morgan, IBM and the Ontario Government, and he takes the larger platform builds. Between us, a platform gets built properly.
Platforms
Systems that run an organization. Website, CRM and member operations in one build. Currently building the platform for a regional chamber of commerce. Selective, usually by referral.
Case study ships this fall.
Talk about a platform →Internal tools
The tooling that makes the work faster. It is built for our own work and client work.
Operators, not consultants.
Two founders, a thriving ecosystem. Yohann builds rooms: The Table and DevKick. Jenny builds content: the shows, the video, the creative direction. We both build the software underneath, and nothing here is handed to anyone else.

Yohann Calpu
Formally trained software engineer who became a startup operator. Shipped production code and managed releases at JP Morgan, IBM and the Ontario Government before going startup-side at CryptoSlam, where he closed $2M in deals and helped raise a $9M seed round backed by Mark Cuban. He runs DevKick, architects the larger builds, and hosts Pale Blue Nexus.

Jenny Calpu
Jenny runs Studio. She produced the live broadcast of the EOS blockchain launch, 200 guests, the GO/NO-GO call, a global audience, and has produced five shows end to end across nine years, including Pale Blue Nexus. She builds her own tools, and built aloomii.com and vibrnt.ai from scratch, then started palebluenexus.com and built it out with Yohann. Every cut, every thumbnail, every episode ships through her.
Software is the enabler. Community and distribution is the moat.
In a world where AI can build almost anything, the one thing it cannot generate is a room full of the right people who trust each other. We build both: the systems that scale, and the relationships that last.
