Project Overview

EOS Go started with a single person writing summaries and reports, and they needed to expand its following and develop a community around the brand. 

They also needed video, media and design help to further evolve their brand. During this time the EOS project was still in its infancy and there were very few media outlets covering the space. 

EOS Go also needed more following on their social channels and that required quality content.

 

Challenges

EOS Go’s challenge was to make a name for itself in the EOS world, and create a brand that would be respected and followed. We joined their team as they needed a team to produce and edit video interviews for them, help their brand evolve. They needed high production values, rebranded designs that impressed audiences, and a focus on quality, timely content.

 

Solution / Strategy

We came in and created a new logo, video intro, and went on location to shoot video interviews. During this time we floated the idea of doing a live Youtube show for the brand and we started planning as Jenny from the Aloomii team was experienced in that area. 

After filming and post-processing, 3-4 videos were produced and uploaded to the EOS Go’s YouTube Channel. They were an instant hit and audiences valued them greatly. 

As followers and audiences grew, we also managed their community using their Twitter account, Telegram channels, and forums.

When it came time to do the live Youtube show we would not only play a major role behind the scenes but also on camera as well. 

We built up the infrastructure needed to produce, and edit episodes of the show and also create innovative video overlays, sound effects, commercials and other media that lifted the brand.

Complications / Obstacles

During the immense growth in popularity of the brand, there were many competing news outlets that were springing up. We were faced with the challenge of holding our position as the go to brand for news. We also needed to stay on top of current issues and trends as the space was developing very quickly.

We found that the Youtube show help immensely and therefore we created an interview panel format where many people could come on the show and discuss hot topics and where we “laid it all on the table”. 

This kept EOS Go relevant and growing.

 

Results

EOS Go started with a small audience and grew to a community with:

  • Over 8k followers on Twitter

  • Almost 5k subscribers on Youtube (many videos had over 15k views)

EOS Go is a news outlet that is focused on the EOS blockchain. They produce lightning quick news, and circulate articles and posts throughout the EOS community. They inform and update the community, publish token prices and market caps, and act as a neutral journalist when matters need to be investigated or brought to attention.
